Glass Tempering

Glass tempering is a specialized heat-treatment process that significantly increases the strength and safety of glass. During this process, glass is heated to high temperatures and then rapidly cooled, creating a toughened structure that is up to five times stronger than ordinary annealed glass.

Tempered glass is designed for safety—when broken, it shatters into small, blunt fragments instead of sharp shards, reducing the risk of injury. This makes it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial applications where durability, impact resistance, and safety are essential.
